Thank you for your interest in our catering services. We look forward to being a part of your event. The following information will be helpful in planning your function.

To serve you in the best possible manner, please allow a three business day lead time for catered events. Please use our catering link located on the Maimonides intranet website for any catered function to guarantee your specific order and time. Unfortunately, any requests after the deadline will not be approved unless separate approval is granted from our department with an additional late catering charge. Flowers, linen, and balloons are available by request and at an additional charge. Our regular catering hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend functions are available with an additional labor charge. If you have moved a catered event from one location to another, please alert us to the exact new location to avoid confusion, late delivery, and unnecessary charges. Modifying your order – You can modify your order on the catering website up to the order cut off time. After that time, separate approval must be granted for all changes.

Missing Catering Equipment – Any missing non-disposable catering equipment is the responsibility of the booking party. Any missing pieces of equipment will be tallied and charged out to your final invoice.

Cancellation Policy - To avoid being charged, cancellations or changes to catering orders must be made up to the lead time indicated for that menu. Substitutions: We reserve the right to vary menu selections when necessary to meet market conditions.
